Anthropological Model of Specialist Training at University

The subject matter is the search for an effective model of specialist training at university. While analyzing problems teacher preschool education we discovered that this mainly academic, far from practice and developed methodological ideas. methodology study based on statement thinking speech are interdependent processes (Vygotsky, 1999), as well structural approach to communication analysis (Morgenthaler, 1980). lasted three years (2017-2020). They were used in cognitive, i.e. literature, rhetoric classes. All together 8 groups exercises experiment: 4 traditional physical non-standard musical-dancing ones. Dancing included music acrobatic rock-and-roll movements (Bogdashin, 2020). experiment (evidence developing cognitive regulatory functions children) result showed teachers professional must be anthropological nature, other words, focused revealing studying internal principles child development; projecting techniques should these principles. allowed us conclude university not only practice-oriented but also research-oriented. Herewith, students’ research work just academic action-oriented.
